Katya Licciardi, the HR and Finance Director for La Plata MSO, is responsible for overseeing HR compliance, accounting operations, producing and analyzing financial reports, and establishing processes that will increase efficiency and profits. Katya has extensive experience in revenue cycle management, coding and compliance, provider credentialing, finance and HR. Katya is also the HR and Finance Director for Spine Colorado.

Katya graduated with a degree in civil engineering from Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Russia. She is also credentialed as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
